Webinars and Teleconferencing

When you receive an invitation via e-mail to join a meeting or to register for a webinar, you will be given information on how to connect including a meeting ID.  You can connect at the time of the meeting using one of two methods:

Call in using your telephone
You pay for the long distance call.
I recommend that you use a cell phone if you have sufficient minutes available.
To use your telephone or cell phone, dial the phone number listed above and enter the audio access code when prompted.
 
Use a computer to connect to the conference call (see system requirements)
This is a free call.
You will need to connect using a microphone or a headset attached to your computer. If you are using a laptop computer, a microphone may be built in.
Go to the web address listed above under “join my meeting.” If software needs to be installed, it will do so automatically.
or
Go to www.gotomeeting.com and click on the “join a meeting” at the top of the screen and enter the meeting ID listed above. If software needs to be installed, it will do so automatically.
