Planning your trip:
As soon as your visa is issued and you ahve booked you plane ticket, contact the school advisor or program coordinator by phone or email to let them know your date of arrival to the airport. We will need to know your flight number and your local time of arrival.

Entering the United States
The host family or program coordinator will be the one to meet you at the airport and get you to your new home.
It is important that you arrive with enough cash to pay your expenses for the first few days. Approximately $200-$250 (American) should be adequate until you an open a local bank account.
Report to the School Office:
At least 10 days before school begins, you should report to the school office.
Please bring the following:
