Join the Conversation - Deanery Gatherings
Ministry Leaders from each deanery gather once a month via Zoom to share resources, network with and support one another. Zoom links are sent in advance of each gathering, so make sure to register for your deanery to receive this communication. If you don't know your deanery, contact Colleen Darland.

Join the Conversation - Cohorts
Cohorts offer you the opportunity to dream big for the 2021-2022 academic year, adapting the lessons learned from this past year and previous ministry efforts into an effective vision for the upcoming season, in a uniquely effective, small group setting. The Office of Faith Formation and your fellow ministry leaders are here to journey with you.
Cohorts are being formed in the following areas:
- Adult Formation
- Confirmation Preparation
- Family Faith Formation
- RCIA
- Reconciliation/Eucharist Preparation
- Textbook-Based Faith Formation
- Youth Ministry
What can you expect in our Implementation Cohorts:
Personalized feedback: Group size will be small (6-8 of your peers) to create a comfortable space for direction, discussion and sharing. We'll work together to identify the landscape, consider challenges, explore options and define strategies. Homework exercises will help you hone your plan.
Peer-to-peer networking: You'll connect with other ministry leaders who are doing the same work that you are. We'll talk about what's been working, what hasn't and brainstorm what we can do better.
Keys to the clutter: We'll help you cut through the clutter of resources to find what's most useful for your ministry plan.
Positive outcomes: By the end of the cohort, you can expect to have identified at least one avenue for strengthening your vision for 2021-2022 and two practical strategies for reaching that goal -- the start of a fresh, targeted approach to ministry!Our next series of cohorts is pending.
