International students (applicants who are not U.S. Citizens or permanent residents) are encouraged to apply well in advance of their antipcated enrollment date. We accept appliations up to one year in advance of the semester for which you intend to enroll.

International Student Transfer Admission Requirements:

If you are attending or attended school inside the United States: Admission requirements will require a Transfer Packet your existing F1 school to our school, transcripts from current school, acceptance from our school.

Register Now for Grades K-12 Outside the United States:

1) Interview with school personnel for academic acceptance and complete school application(if applicable).

2) Inital Paperwork

• Application Packet
• Online payment $550 with credit card or we will accept United States check/money order/cashiers check.) 
• Copy of Passport 
• Financial Statement in US Dollars and English (Ask your bank, they will know what you need)

3) Processing: 

    Once a student has met the standards for admission, we record specific biographical and        
    financial information about the student in SEVIS that will be necessary to issue a Form I-20,
    "Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student." We will verify reciept of the required
    deposit. Then you will receive the following via Fedx:

• I20
• Declairation of Finances
• Bank Statements 
• Acceptance Letter

4) Your follow-up responsibility
    Contact your local U.S. Consulate to schedule an interview appointment. Be sure to submit your     completed DS-160 Application and pay the necessary fees. When you have completed your      
    Consular interview, let us know the results immediately. If for any reason your visa is denied,
    we can examine thereason and possibly help.

• Notify the school and/or PDSO of the interview results.
• Notify the school, host parents and/or PDSO of your arrival date.
• Notify the school, host parents and/or PDSO of your flight information and port of entry.
• Come to school.
• Check in with the school office to register for school and pay full year tuition.
• Fees: Full payment of fees is due at the time of registration.

• The school will make copies of your:
  • Copy of F-1 visa
  • Copy of I-901 fee receipt (student has to do this online after arrival)
  • Copy of original I-20 with 3 signatures on it
  • Any additional items we are missing
