NCYC 2025 Package Commitment Form

Below is our NCYC 2025 Tier 1 package purchase form. This form is to be completed by each NCYC Parish Group Leader who has a group intending to travel with the Diocesan delegation. Tier 1 packages are quoted at $725 per package (based on quad occupancy). Each participant (adult / youth) will need a NCYC 2025 Diocesan Package to participate in the pilgrimage. NCYC 2025 Diocesan Packages include: Bus, Hotel, & Conference Admission.

By clicking "submit" you agree to the following on behalf of your group:

• All adults must be safe environment compliant by September 1st 2025 or they will not be permitted to attend. 
• That your parish group will abide by all NFCYM Codes of Conduct which apply to the entire pilgrimage: Bus, Hotel, & Conference. Failure to do so can lead to ejection from the pilgrimage. (This includes maintaining a 1:6 adult-to-youth ratio)
• Packages are non-refundable.
• Maintain required paperwork & payment schedule listed on the Group Leader Page.

PLEASE NOTE: If you already have a standing order and wish to order more ​packages, only order the amount of additional packages needed. Then leave in the comments any additional information that will help us with your order.
