Deposit of $200 is due within two weeks of online registration to hold spot. Final payment of $300 will be due after your parishes Totus Tuus week.
Notification of parishes and dates will occur before the end of November.
Parishes will be honored by the timestamp that they register on this page as long as their deposits come within two weeks of online registration. We will also reserve one "wildcard" space for a parish of special need or consideration.

How to personally invite someone to consider being a missionary (aka. Talking Points)What do I need to know in order to complete the Parish Registration Form?
Definitely a great question. Below are things to prepare prior to November 4th for a quick and easy registration process:- Parish Name & City
- Pastor Name & Contact Info (email & phone)
- Parochial Vicar Name & Contact info if applicable
- Primary Contact Info - this person will be the contact throughout the summer
- Secondary Contact Info - this is a backup person for emergencies
- Scheduling Preference: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd week picks (see schedule above)
- Which Program would you like to have at your parish?
- Elementary Program
- Evening Program for 6th grade & up
- Both
- Indicate if you are partnering with another parish (plus name of parish & coordinator)
- Additional Comments about your Parish
- Agreement stating that...
- You will have no more than 90 youth in the day (elementary) program
- Volunteers: at least two adults in each classroom (one of which is Safe Environment Certified).
- Deposit: pay with credit card now or whether you want the Office of Faith Formation to send you an email invoice.
